Lisa NEW 100x150 Stylists Lisa | I grew up in Oak Brook and lived in Hinsdale until I was 30.  I graduated from the University of Illinois in 1987 with a major in Finance and a minor in self-entitlement (really, it was English, but at twenty-two I was confused).  My first job was selling advertising for the Oak Brook Polo club.  I had the freedom to ride (horses are my obsession) whenever I wanted but I knew the party couldn’t last forever.  Truth be told I went to beauty school thinking it would be temporary and fun.  I was right about the fun.So twenty years later I am still riding everyday and I still love doing hair.  My clients are an absolute joy! I look forward to seeing each and every one and have never had a moments regret.  I opened Lisa Rene Salon in 1994 and even after all this time I love making clients look and feel beautiful.   I look forward to seeing my clients and coworkers every day.I do what I love, and love what I do.  Life is good!  VIEW POSTS >

jeannie new 102x150 Stylists Jeannie | Hi ,I’m Jeannie, a stylist here at Lisa Rene’s. I’ve been an employee since 1998! Obviously I love it here.  I had the great opportunity to attend cosmetology school during my junior and senior year of high school. I grew up in Naperville and went to Naperville Central, as did my mother. My grandparents still live in town at the same house where my mom grew up. After I graduated I moved to Romeoville and reside there today. In 2005 I had a little girl named Iris who is my pride and joy. Her infectious energy and flair for fashion inspires me everyday.Doing hair is my love and passion. There is not a day that I don’t look forward to going into work and making my clients feel beautiful. My favorite thing to do is a makeover. I am certified in Great Lengths extensions which is a sure way to make a dramatic  transformation. Not only do I love what I do but I love the women I work with. Lisa Rene’ salon is my little home away from home. VIEW POSTS >
kim 100x150 Stylists Kim | I’ve been a stylist at Lisa Rene since the fall of 2009, and been in the industry since 2007.  I grew up in Batavia, Illinois and attentend Batavia high school. Ever since I could remember I have always had an interest in fashion, beauty, hair and make-up. I’ll admit, becoming a cosmetologist  wasn’t my calling at first,  but after working in salons  and spas for 4 years prior to getting my certificate, I knew I wanted to be behind a chair, and realized  this was the career path for me.  This passion of mine inspired me to pursue my gift and attend Regency Beauty Institute in Naperville. I believe that confidence is the key in anything you do in life. instilling that confidence in order to help people look and feel their best is my ultimate goal.  I also look at ever changing concepts as a challenge and welcome new ideas day in and day out. I absolutely love the relationships I build with my clients and most of all, their trust.   My favorite part about being a hairstylist is the final result and look of the client. When I achieve the vision I have for the client, and they walk out with confidence and a smile on their face, my work has been done. That is why I love my job.
megan 100x150 Stylists Megan | Hi I’m Megan. I moved to Naperville my sophomore year of high school from Littleton, Co.  Upon graduating from Naperville Central in 1999, I started college at the College of Dupage.  Unsure of what I wanted to do with the rest of my life I made a career out of being a professional student.  Seven years later, I finally graduated from Benedictine University with a degree in Business Management.  I worked in the “real world” for a short time and was miserable.  My Dad gave me the best advise “do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life.”  Had he shared this information with me sooner it could have saved me a lot of time and him a lot of money!  I started cosmetology school at Regency Beauty Institute shortly after and am loving what I do ever since.  I have been with Lisa Rene Hair Design since 2011, and have been in the industry since 2007.  I find pure joy in building meaningful relationships with my clients and providing them with the knowledge and tools to have beautiful, healthy hair every day.

A little about me: I am a Naperville resident and have been my whole life. I graduated Naperville North High School in 2004 where I met my husband Todd. We got married in April of 2009 and have a wonderful son named Carter. I earned my cosmetology license in 2005 at the top of my class. I have had the pleasure to work at my second home, Lisa Rene Salon since 2004. I love every relationship that has grown since working here between my guests that come in to my colleagues (a.k.a. my extended family)! My favorite part of my job is everything, which is so cliché but true. Every aspect of this artistic profession opens a new challenge and I am always open to a challenge whether great or small! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and I can’t wait to meet and get to know you as well!  VIEW POSTS >
marissa 100x150 Stylists Marissa | Hello everyone! I was born and raised in Littleton Colorado and moved to the Naperville area in 1996. I am the newest edition to the Lisa Rene family but have been working in the Cosmetology industry since I was fourteen years old. I tried a couple of different jobs in the process and shortly realized I was not meant for the corporate world.  I have always had a strong desire to do hair and get noting but complete fulfillment in helping people look and feel their best.  I love meeting new people and hearing each individuals story. Since becoming a Hairdresser I have found my psychology courses in college have come in handy in the salon. I can work a round brush like nobody’s business and work well with achieving volume in any type of fine or limp hair. With having thick curly hair myself I love working with unruly hair as well.  I look forward to meeting you in the salon and helping you achieve our best look possible!
