The ultimate stylists playground

It’s that time of year again to attend the best beauty show in the Midwest.  To keep our cosmetology license active we must complete hours to keep up with all the new techniques and products. There is no better place to learn all this then at this show. It is filled with stages and booths of av ant guard styles and crazy new products.  I am always in awe of how extreme and outside the box these platform artists think. The beauty business never gets boring but it is a challenge to get clients on board with trying a new style or color.  It is wonderful to be inspired by new beautiful art but it’s even better to bring that art to real life.

So at the end of March I will be exploring new boundaries of hair design and experimenting with all my new tools.  Just as a chef invests in quality cooking utensils, stylists must invest in quality shears and tools. I absolutely can’t wait to attend this event, it is pure hairdresser heaven!
